Join us at Brackley Beach in the PEI National Park this summer for some delicious barbequed seafood demonstrations! Learn the proper way to prepare and serve island fish and shellfish, and leave with some tasty new recipes to try at home! Ask our friendly and knowledgeable preparation staff anything you may want to know about preparing, eating, serving, seasoning and storing island seafood products. Enjoy some free samples while you discover new and tasty seafood delights!
